Since our last update Delano has reached a major milestone with the Building Structure Top Out. All structures trades are now complete across all four buildings.

• Internal wall framing and internal fit out works will follow in early 2025.
• Brickwork has also commenced to this intricate façade and is looking fantastic.
• Scaffolding scheduled to commence removal in the new year.

Over the last couple of months, all basement and podium slab works have been completed with the above ground structure for each building and townhomes progressing at an impressive rate:

• Building A – Level 2 poured and Level 3 formwork
• Building B – Level 1 poured and Level 2 formwork
• Buildings C&D – Podium slab poured

Delano is currently on schedule for completion mid 2025

Exciting progress with the crane installation taking place as scheduled.

Still powering forward in January 2024 with the anchoring works and excavation almost complete. Foundation piles commenced along with detailed excavation of lift pits and pile caps to Buildings A and B. Tower Crane base installed.

Shoring wall piling and capping beam is progressing. The excavation has commenced under Buildings A & B, allowing anchoring works to progress.

The sites security fence has been set up and works are under way with initial ground levelling.
