The bathrooms feel like living in a five-star hotel and as passionate cooks the kitchens are wonderful.
We were previously living in a ‘70s style townhouse so we find the wide passages and abundance of storage particularly fabulous, and we don’t hear our neighbours at all. The convenience of downsizing and the proximity to shopping, pubs, transport and Centennial Park have been such a bonus – there’s rarely any need to use our car. Of course, the exquisite rooftop terrace is a highlight and we look forward to having a cafe downstairs too. When we were looking for a new home we weren’t initially keen on a high-rise and there was some apprehension about buying off-the-plan without the ability to see the finished product, however living here has completely changed our minds. We did our due diligence on the developer and the builder and felt completely comfortable that we were in excellent hands. Our family and friends think we hit the jackpot and so do we.
We’ve never felt more at home, and nor has our dog Paddy who’s been welcomed with open arms.
When we bought our first apartment off-the-plan in November 2021, Lindsay Bennelong made us feel so comfortable with all of the paperwork, making the entire purchase and settlement process (which can be quite daunting for first-time buyers) easy for us. After a bad experience with another developer, when I was still no closer to moving into my off-the-plan purchase four years after paying the deposit, I was thrilled to deal with the team at Lindsay Bennelong, in particular Tina Bone, the project Sales Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure the sales experience was pleasant and easy throughout and Development Director Leigh Manser, when I purchased my two-bedroom apartment. While initially nervous about buying another property not yet completed, by the end of the process I felt so confident that this was the right decision, such was the calibre of service I received. Throughout the build I was kept informed and my queries were always dealt with efficiently and in a friendly manner. The quality of both the construction and finishes is nothing short of exceptional and my sister, who had helped me on my property search, was impressed enough to buy here too.
